How To Set Up The UltraQ
Attach the fan to your smoker using a grill adaptor (if necessary)
Plug the pit probe into UltraQ and clip the other end on the cooking grate.
Plug one or more FOOD probes into UltraQ and place other end in your meat
Plug the fan into UltraQ and power it up with the AC adaptor.
Easy-To-Use Mobile App
The BBQ Guru Mobile App is the perfect extension for any digital controller. Available for use through Android or iOS, the Guru application allows the user to set target temperatures and change your cook settings to suit you. With this app you will have total control of your BBQ, all from your phone, removing the need to wait close-by.
Colour Responsive Technology
The all-new UltraQ Digital Controller features an increasingly useful LED ring that will identify and change colour depending on the status of the food. If the ring is blue, the food is being pre-heated and has not yet reached a comfortable temperature to maintain. If the ring turns red and pulses on the sides, the UltraQ has identified the required temperature and your cook has begun. If the entire ring pulses red, this is a notice that something has occurred and you should manually check the grill.
Compared to the DynaQ, the UltraQ also includes a separate meter that will track the specific temperature level by colour. This improves the usefulness of meat probes exponentially, allowing you to track up to 3 different foods at any one time. Each probe will match to a colour, and each colour will show its own temperature level, making it simple to identify what stage of the cook the food is in.
New and Improved Probes
The UltraQ Kit includes both a food and pit probe. These probes are constructed with sturdy stainless steel and can be re-used time and time again. These probes are now dishwasher-safe and will precisely monitor the temperature of the grill and the internal temperature of food all at once.
Versatile Guru Stand
As an added bonus, the UltraQ Kit now features a versatile stand to hold the controller in place during the cook. This stand features rubber feet for strong surface resistance, alternatively the feet can be removed and the stand can be screwed onto wood or even walls at an angle. The swivel head also allows the UltraQ to be rotated to whichever view you desire at any time. Also included is a high-power magnet, granting a strong connection to metal surfaces without sliding or scratching if deemed necessary.
Optimised for Use With Alexa
As an added bonus, the UltraQ can now be optimised for use with Amazon's Alexa device. This means commands such as "Alexa, what's the temperature on Food 1?" or "Alexa, set the pit temperature to 250" can be used without controlling the application or grill manually.

Please note that BBQ's and other items may arrive on a pallet due to the weight and size. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company we use are also unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside.

We can offer a paid service to build and deliver your BBQ. Please call us first, to discuss your requirements.
A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will leave a card detailing your local depot.
Please do as instructed and don't just ignore the card. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field. Please note that these charges are due to courier surcharges and are unfortunately not something we can build into our overall pricing structure.
Inspect Goods On Arrival:
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a non-signature service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a safe location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.
- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at info@aoskitchens.co.uk
- Once photo evidence has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
Cancellations & Refunds
At AOS Outdoor kitchens Ltd we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a replacement. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched. We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order. If the goods are faulty/Damaged and if possible the damaged parts of the order/BBQ will be replaced in the first instance. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return.
