Napoleon Mesquite Wood Chips
Get the southwest flavour from these Mesquite Wood Chips. Native to the lower United States and Mexico, Mesquite is a leafy, hardwood tree that produces a sweet and strong flavoured smoke that is perfect for red meats like beef, pork and it's also great with poultry.
Soak the wood chips for at least 30 minutes before beginning. Remove the chips from the water and place them in the Napoleon Smoker Tube, then directly onto the sear plates of your gas grill, on your burning charcoal in the Apollo® 3 in 1 Charcoal Grill and Water Smoker, or into the integrated Smoker Tray in the Napoleon Prestige PRO™ Series PRO665 Gas Grill. Place the selected food onto the grill when your chips start to smoke.
Avoid opening the lid of the grill while smoking to ensure the best, smoked flavor. You can also flavor your Mesquite Wood Chips with different liquids during the soaking process. The flavours that go best are cider, pineapple juice, lemonade, beer and ginger ale.

Please note that BBQ's and other items may arrive on a pallet due to the weight and size. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company we use are also unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside.

We can offer a paid service to build and deliver your BBQ. Please call us first, to discuss your requirements.
A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will leave a card detailing your local depot.
Please do as instructed and don't just ignore the card. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field. We offer free delivery for orders over £50 within the Mainland UK, *Excluding highlands and islands as denoted below, calculated by weight upon checkout

Please note that these charges are due to courier surcharges and are unfortunately not something we can build into our overall pricing structure.
Inspect Goods On Arrival:
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a non-signature service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a safe location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.
- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at info@aoskitchens.co.uk
- Once photo evidence has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
Cancellations & Refunds
At AOS Outdoor kitchens Ltd we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a replacement. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched. We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order. If the goods are faulty/Damaged and if possible the damaged parts of the order/BBQ will be replaced in the first instance. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return.
